FAQ

Turnaround time: Depending on our current build list, our build time varies from 8-16 weeks usually.

Delivery Time: Since we ship our furniture assembled, we hire a 3rd Party furniture mover to deliver our pieces to insure proper precaution will be taken. This process can take 1-4 weeks depending on your location’s relativity to our workshop. Our driver will need assistance unloading at your home.

Order Cancellation: After your order is placed, it can be modified before we start building, but since we build each piece by order, orders cannot be cancelled for any reason. 

FAQ

Wood Types: For the majority of our pieces we use hand-selected premium pine wood. We will use cabinet grade Birch Plywood for certain parts of vanities, dressers & night stands. 

Warranty: We stand behind all of our pieces & will fix or replace any item that does not meet our quality standards. 

Placing Deposit: To Just submit a deposit for your order, use 20%DEPOSIT at Checkout. This will not work with AFFIRM.
